At Timber Titans, our goal is to provide safe, reliable, and professional tree care you can count on. Because our work involves time, labor, and equipment, we aren’t able to offer refunds once services are completed.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us, and we’ll always do our best to make sure you’re happy with the results.

Weather & Safety Delays

Tree work depends heavily on the weather and safety conditions. If storms, heavy rain, or high winds make it unsafe to complete your service, we’ll contact you right away and reschedule at the earliest available time. Your project will remain a priority as soon as conditions improve.

Our Commitment to You

While we don’t offer refunds, we stand by our work. If you have concerns about a service we’ve completed, please let us know within 7 days. We’ll review the situation and do everything we reasonably can to make it right.
